Payments and refunds

Entries debit your World Tombola wallet. New accounts receive £25 credit. Ticket prices are in pounds on each prize card. Refund rules live on the refunds page. We do not invent a cooling-off exemption. Until UK consumer-law reading is sourced, we do not claim one. There is no shop cash desk and no unpublished payment rails.

  1. Step 1

    Wallet credit

Sign-up credit sits on your account. Entries debit it. It is not cash in a shop till.

  2. Step 2

    Ticket price

The number on the card is the ticket, not the prize.

  3. Step 3

    Refunds

Read the refunds page. Do not assume a no-refund rule from this article.

Questions

Will I be charged if I enter a competition here?
Entries debit wallet credit. The ticket price is the amount shown on the prize.
Can I cash out wallet credit?
No. Wallet credit is for entries on World Tombola, not a bank balance.
Is there a cooling-off period?
We have not published a legal conclusion on Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 versus paid prize-competition entries. Until that is sourced, we do not claim an exemption.
Where do I ask for a refund on a live paid entry?
refunds@world-tombola.com, and the complaints page if you are unhappy with the reply.
Do you take crypto or cash in shop?
No shop. No unpublished payment rails. The registered office is not a public venue.
